Women should pay more attention to skin detox!!!

Women should pay more attention to skin detox!!!

Lots of women still don’t know how to detox their skin in the right way. Wewell would like to share some tips for the whole family to detox together.

*What is “Detoxification”?

Detoxification means removing toxins from the body. These toxins can come from the environment, from your diet, and from your lifestyle. Fortunately, most of this work is done by organs in the body such as liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines, etc. However, not all toxins can be eliminated. You need to take steps to reduce the amount of toxins and protect these detoxification organs.

Our bodies work wonderfully. It is similar to a machine that can purify itself of toxins and residues in life activities. So is it possible for our body to completely purify all?

* How is the detoxification process related to the skin?

The trend of detoxing the body has prompted the beauty industry to develop a way to detox the skin. But do not confuse this concept!

Skin is the largest organ in the body. Thus it is possible to collect dirt from the environment. Some people believe that cleansing the skin and removing all the dirt that clogs the pores are all it takes to “detox” the skin. This is not enough.

What you need to do to detox your skin is protecting from potentially environmental toxins, like pollution and UV rays. Environmental factors along with a poor diet and excessive exfoliation can deplete the outermost layer of the skin. It’s the stratum cornea – the skin barrier, it helps keep skin healthy by blocking factors that cause premature aging.

* When do you need to “detox the skin”?

If everything in the body is normal, the skin will not show any signs. But the abnormality that occurs will cause the skin to become inflamed and irritated. Skin may appear red, oily, discolored, dull or dark circles.

Our skin is the largest organ of the body. Any internal problems are reflected directly on the skin. The healthier the inside, the healthier the outside!

If after treating the medical problems, but the skin still has the above problems, you should find out the underlying cause for the body.

Sign that you should detox you skin:

  • Dull skin
  • Uneven skin tone
  • Produce more oil
  • Wrinkles and sagging skin
  • Dry or sensitive skin
  • Inflammation, Red
  • Inflamed eyes area, dark circles

* Detox your skin effectively

We all think that detox our skin is as simple as putting on a mask, but it is clear that our skin health starts from within. If you really want to heal your skin and beautify it, you should start with the elements you put into your body.

  • Support the liver during detox process

Our liver is extremely important in terms of detoxifying our skin as it plays the biggest role in removing toxins from our body. Using foods that help strengthen liver function will speed up skin recovery.

You should add foods that are high in healthy fats (omega-3 fatty acids) such as avocados, walnuts, olive oil, fish oil. Coriander and parsley are also great herbs for liver detoxification.

  • Balance nutrition plans

A detox and skin-rejuvenating diet should include a combination of:

Vitamins C and E work against the harmful effects of UV rays and free radicals.

Minerals like zinc and selenium for tissue building and wound healing. These minerals are found in foods such as seafood, nuts, whole grains, and vegetables, leafy greens, bell peppers, broccoli, sesame, and sunflower seeds.

Vitamin B6 is found in meat, whole grains, nuts, vegetables and bananas, to balance hormone levels.

Vitamin A helps to reduce the amount of sebum in the skin. It is present in colored fruits such as mangoes, papayas, peaches, green leafy vegetables, milk and eggs.

Essential fatty acids are found in oily fish, flaxseed, black currant seeds, hemp and primrose.

Moreover, you should avoid eating fried and fatty foods such as cookies and chips. Red meat and refined foods should be avoided.

You can add to your diet supplements containing some of the vitamins and minerals mentioned above.

Tips to improve your skin health

  • Drink more water

Water is key in detox your skin! If drinking waters is boring, try adding oranges and lemons to enhance the taste. It not only is beneficial for the liver but also provides vitamin C for the body.

You can also start the morning with a glass of warm water and apple cider vinegar. Vinegar acts as a probiotic and helps to improve your digestion. When doing a detox, avoid alcohol and caffeine (or at least limit it as much as possible) since they can contribute to dehydration.

  • Skincare

Deep cleansing of your skin is very important to healthy skin. It helps to speed up the process of removing impurities from the outside. Cleanse your skin with makeup remover and face to wash. After cleaning the skin, you can apply the mask. Clay masks are great for deep cleaning your pores. Charcoal masks is good for balancing oily skin, acne skin.

You should also regularly exfoliate 1-2 times a week. For non-irritating products you can use more than 2 times a week. Be sure not to use any product that is too irritating to the skin as it can do the opposite

  • Make up

Makeup is an integral part of women’s lives. But if possible, you should avoid makeup while detox your skin. It is best to only use sunscreen when going out. If you need makeup, choose safe products that don’t contain harmful ingredients. You should maintain a simple makeup routine like: just cream, blush, mascara and lipstick. This helps you look light, fresh without squeezing your skin.

  •  Skin detoxification with tea and supplements

Sipping a glass of anise or cinnamon tea is also very good for the skin detoxification process. Turmeric and ginger are both spices with anti-inflammatory properties. If possible, you should use these spices in your meals!

Besides, you can add supplements or robotics to your daily routine. Digestive health also often leads to skin problems. Robotics products add healthy bacteria to the gut. Beneficial bacteria make it easier to digest food. You can also add robotics foods to your diet like yogurt, sauerkraut and kimchi.

  • Essential oils

Essential oils are commonly used for aromatherapy. They give us a feeling of relaxation and comfort. Besides, they are also often added to skin care serum ingredients. For example: tea tree oil, jojoba oil, etc. Peppermint, eucalyptus, lemongrass, lavender and orange are also great essential oils for detoxification.

  • Exercise

According to experts, we should maintain exercise in at least 30 minutes a day. This helps to increase blood circulation and relax muscles. Exercise also helps to remove excess toxins through sweat.

  • Deep breathes

Deep breathing activates the sympathetic nervous system and helps calm you down, thereby reduce the accumulation of adrenal stress hormones that can affect skin health. Besides, you release a significant amount of toxins through exhalation.

To detox your skin, you also need to follow a healthy diet and exercise well. This will help the detoxification of the skin be done from within the body. Choose for yourself a right, healthy lifestyle. You will not only have beautiful skin on the outside but also a healthy body from the inside.
